My internet keeps dropping out. I've rebooted the hub and tested the device and it says everything is working fine but I still don't have access to the internet.

I'm exactly the same! Everything is connecting to the hub but still no internet connection. But my sky app is saying everything is fine! God knows what is going on but we have the sky glass TV and can't even watch any channels because of this 🙈
