Getting into my broadband Hub Settings (192.168.0.1)

I am trying to access my hub using the 192.168.0.1.

I'm trying to make my WiFi 2.4Ghz so I can set up some smart plugs. It asks for my login and password, but for the life of me, I can't seem to figure out which ones. I've tried my Wireless internet name and WIFI password, I've tried my sky account login, and nothing seems to work. It just instantly refreshes. Am I being a dope here?

@Luke47C the username is always admin which is likely yo be tge issue. On the black upright Broadband hub the password is the default WiFi password. If you have a white hub you cannot split the wifi bands instead go into the hub's settings in the My Sky app and turn off the 5GHz band temporarily attchec your device then turn the 5GHz band back on.

ah, so when I'm seeing 'admin', I'm assuming I'm being told admin name. That makes a lot more sense. Thank you!
