Getting a proper bill

How do I get a proper bill showing my name and address and the early cancellation charge? I need this to get a refund from my ne broadband supplier.

Sky will only provide the bill format available as a download from their website.

Perhaps note that every ISP which offers to cover exit fees is entirely familiar with the format of each others billing.

You can't download the bill from the app as you need to do it via this link instead:

Thanks for the link but that didn't  give me the PDF option. Maybe because I opened the link ftom my mobile.

If you have a mobile then try using the web browser in desktop mode or if you have another device like a tablet, PC or Mac then try that instead.
