Gaming pc connection no wifi

Our gaming pcs do not have inbuilt internet. We've just moved from EE to sky and now I can't connect the pcs to the broadband.  We used TP link and devolo with EE and it was fine but now nothing. Any suggestions please

TP-Link & Devolo are brands/manufactuers not products. By your post I am going to assume you mean you use powerline/homeplugs. If so have you re-paired them since changing over to Sky and ensured they are connected to your new hub using ethernet? What lights are showing on them?

Mixing wifi or powerline adaptors from different suppliers isn't always a good idea. What models of each do you have and how are they connected to everything else?
