Since joining back with Sky broadband in September my son has had issues connecting with his friend's minecraft server and additionally I have had issues connecting with my brother to play Mutliplayer games via steam, We have checked our Internet settings, Firewalll settings, router settings, broadband sheild settings, I have tried port forwarding.
The problem presents for my son saying the connection is timing out and for myself it attempts to connect but rejects the connection and returns to the previous screen.
These issues seem related as it is only multi-player settings that are impacted, which suggests the resolution of port forwarding to mitigate the demand not being met by standard ports, however this didn't work.
Any support on these issues would be greatly appreciated!
