Continuing lag on Xbox even though download speed and connection seems to be ok? Never an issue when we had bt but since we've switched Xbox's don't seem to be keeping up?

@Chewy4 Is the connection to the sky Hub wired or wireless wifi to your xbox, what sky hub do you have?

Sky max hub, superfast80. 
hub plugged in the kitchen, booster upstairs

@Chewy4 Xbox is were and connected to what by which method, if to the booster then that may be the cause of the delay, also take a look at the Max hub and check if the unit is WPA3-T, if so you may find that WPA2-PSK is better. Link below explains.
