GRE/firewall/router protocol

The connection with Sky Broadband is not allowing Generic Routing Encapulation protocol pakets which are required for me to use for work. Did anyone had same issue?

Yes, I do.

 

I tried to log via Gateway but limited access and via the app it's no really helpful.

It's typically the Sky deployment of Map-T IPv4 address sharing to the Max Hub which causes problems for business applications: you'll need to log an individual issue with Sky for this to be removed from your circuit.

Yeah I thought about it and I was hoping sky will give me a contact from this community post.

 

I guess I will need to call them as I couldn't find a email support.

I have the same problem as Mari0.  I had new Sky Max Hub fitted this week and my daughter can no longer access her work's VPN, which is obviously causing major issues.   Any help would be welcome
