Re: Full fibre
@Chrissy09 it all depends on your use pattern. If you have a large family with multiple users it might help but for a single person or a couple it is unlikely to make much if any difference as most people never use the bandwidth they buy. Openreach rely on that as each of.their distribution points serving up,to 30 lines has a fixed 2.48Gb/s downstream link or an average of under 100Mb/s for each line if all are sold..
One point to rdmember is increasing bandwidth to t he hub is not going to improve WiFi speeds in your home if they sre a bottleneck

Re: Full fibre
@Chrissy09 it is really not something anyone other than yourselves can know as only you know what you actually use the connection to the internet for but if you use Apple devices it is unlikely you are keen gamers who are the main users of higher handwidth not to play but to download updates..
To give some ideas streaming Netflix in UHD uses underc30Mb/s so all of you could strea m in high quality at once and not hit an issue. Business apps like Teams uses under 10Mb/s.. The main advantage for higher connection speeds is downloading files if you handle files over 1GB rdgularly it msy help.
