Full fibre upgrade

Hi

 

Just a word of warning.  If you are upgrading to full fibre make sure you have your new sky hub before Openreach do the upgrade.  Had ours changed yesterday.  Told the engineer no hub had arrived, he said it wouldn't be a problem.  He did what he needed to do and left.  By the evening no landline or internet.  Spent an hour on the phone to sky.  Upshot of phone call,  will take 3-5 days for new hub to arrive.   Good job we have mobiles, albeit we are using loads of data.

What Hub do you have? The SR203 is still compatible with Full FIbre.

 

You could always look at your local Facebook Marketplace & buy one for a few pounds.
