Re: Cannot connect to wifi
It is quite easy when entering a password to get a 0 and O and a 1 and l the wrong way round so are you sure you are not doing this as it needs to be entered as it is printed on the hub itself.

Re: Cannot connect to wifi
@Andrea2412 as a belt and braces reset the hub which definitely means the password on the label is correct. The way to do that is different depending on the colour of the hub. The **bleep**e type is reset by holding in the wps button on thecsude of the hub for up to 30 seconds unitil the led starts flashing green. On the black hubs press and hold in the reset pin until the power led flashes. Once the hub restarts the password will definitely match.
Some devices have issues accepting a new wifi connection until the device has been rebooted fully by powering down. In addition to O & 0 I and 1 gets confused. If your device supports wps then use the WPS button on the hub press it for 3 seconds annd tge hub will go into a mode where it will connect to a device in the same mode without a password.

Re: Cannot connect to wifi
You won't like this but we probably see a similar post once a week, also being 100% adamant that they're entering it correctly. After being told to go away & carefully check the characters being entered, no one has yet come back saying it still doesn't work. I would suggest taking a pic on your phone & zooming in to be sure you have it correct. Obviously using the correct case is a must. The chances of a password being wrongly coded are minute.
If you still can't make it work then the only way you're going to get a solution for Monday is to see if you can buy a replacement Hub from your local Facebook group to tide you over.
