Full fibre installed not working

Hi..openreach contractor Quinn came today.to fit Full Fibre..plugged in..only 2 green lights on sky box...2 green and one red on Fibre box in wall..

She said it would come on by itself soon...also my land line not working.

Hours later..call to Sky.. on hold..passed to another section...on hold 50 mins..

Have unplugged router box & re plugged back..no change.

What do I do now?

Phone should be plugged  in to the hub in the  uk phone socket,your optical network terminal box should  look like this

@Jan2308 You worry about the RED on the wall, that's the important one, RED is bad no matter what, have a look and say what but more than likely a Red Pon light! Landline operation on the changeover day, it may take 24-48hrs for the connection to go once you do get Fibre working, any longer than that get back onto sky for a fix!

 

It may be worth plugging back into the Master phone socket connection as the BB may still be up and working on that!
