Full fibre installed in wrong position
Hi, the engineer installed my full fibre by the entry point into my house. There is not enough cable to reposition the modem any where else. The cable is so short I can't even move it off the floor onto a table! How do I get more cable? Or do I need to schedule an engineers visit? If a visit is there a link? The bot keeps trying to ask me when do I move house!

Re: Full fibre installed in wrong position
The cable between the ONT and the router is a standard Cat5e ethernet cable with RJ45 plugs, widely available online in different lengths (up to 100 metres) and colours. Cat6A is also fine, as are the higher grades, but they don't bring any particular advantage.
