Full fibre install
Is an engineer coming today to install full fibre broadband I have NOT cancelled & what time?

@Pammie+70 the engineers will have a number of jobs to do in each time slot so Sky will not be ablecto give you an exact time as it is up to the engineer what order they do the jobs in. Fibre installs may be done by Sky's own engineers, an Openreach engineer or indeed an Openreach subcontactor you have no control of who you get in theory the engineer should call a few minutes before they arrive but thst doesnt always happen in oraxtice.

They normally send you a text message with a 2 hour time for when they are coming
