Full fibre install

Open reach attended my property and advised that they could not install the cable required.  They have left the outside of my house in a mess with a broken box to cover existing cables which is now hanging off the wall.  I called Sky today to ask what would happen to sort this and was advised they cannot help me as have no contact with open reach other than booking appointments

@Cn46 if yhe order is still open then Openreach should return and make a  permanent connection. The agent was being a bit stupid as Sky can of course contact Openreach over installation issues if you feel strongly but honestly unless there is axsafety issue I would let the engineersxsort it when thry come back.
