Full fibre fitted and now WiFi is terrible!
Since my full fibre was fitted last week, I now can't get signal for my Ring Doorbell. WiFi only occasionally works in the kitchen, and my sky minibox has no connection much of the time.
I have no signal upstairs and even in the lounge, where the new router is- it is painfully slow, taking nearly a minute to open a page. It's terrible. So much worse than before

Re: Full fibre fitted and now WiFi is terrible!
@Zzzzzz1 if as part of the full fibre upgrade you got a new white hub thst could explain the issue. The old black hubs worked with Q TV boxes so they acted as wifi extenders. The new white hubs dont allow so if devices like your doorbell used tto connect vis a Q tv box thst no longer happens. Q mini boxes can no longer connect directly to the hub instead they network to the main Q box which maybe futher away
Sky dont seem to warn Q customers about this.if you have bought their WiFi Max package they should send you a WiFi extender pod to help, your non-Sky devices connect and a different booster to allow tge Q mini to work properly.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
