Is it possible to arrange a pre site visit , to determine route of cable / installation point ?

No: the timescale and budget of the national rollout doesn't permit that.

If you are in the UK then Openreach will have a paper record of the prospective installation type which is visible at

It's the two text lines below the table which are most useful.

Then you are presumably in a CityFibre network area and would be provisioned by them.  I don't think there's an equivalent lookup though.
