I have just upgraded from SKY broadband superfast to full fibre gigafest.

The full fibre gigafest says I should be getting 900 mbps but I am only getting 76 mbps which is what I was getting with superfast.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

What device are you measuring that speed on?

Are you using ethernet or wifi?

If etherneted what category cable are you using?

And has the replacement of copper cabling to the address with optical fibre and an ONT actually taken place?
