I've got a full fibre install apptbooked on Friday and there is no sign of Open Reach having been to install the "grey box" outside - will I be contacted to advise when they will appear to install it and is this a pre-requisite to the Sky appointment on Friday ? Not sure if I need to chase the Open Reach elelment of this and if so who I should contact ? Thanks

There's no way for you to do so: Openreach isn't a user-facing organisation. They should already either be scheduled to attend prior to or on the same day as the ISP appointment.

I assume then that I leave things in Sky's hands and if the timings don't align they'll have to reschedule the install 👍
