Full Fibre misleading Sky VIP offer

Sky are currently posting an advert which appears to imply Sky VIP members will get the opportunity to upgrade to Gigafast Full Fibre 900 MPs for £39 per month. I have a screenshot taken today.

I am a Sky VIP member and when I sign in to get the offer it has disappeared.

Can anyone tell me if they got this offer and it was genuine?

If anyone from Sky views these posts, can I respectfully request that you look at this advert and if it is a promotion you can not actually offer, remove the advert as personally I think it is morally and potentially legally wrong.

@RDR  Sky make and withdraw offers all the time the important part will be at the bottom of the ad. The Black Friday offers which normally the best all year ran from 7/11 to 3/12.

Ads like this are policed by the ASA this is the link to the reporting page https://www.asa.org.uk/make-a-complaint.html

Thanks for your reply.

I fully agree, however there is nothing to indicate this is a Black Friday only offer. If it was why have Sky not taken it down?

As widely reported in the press Sky lost £220 million and is losing customers. With that in mind I find their attitude to trying to retain customers bizarre.

Signing up broadband subscribers at below wholesale pricing doesn't help the balance sheet much, though.
