Full Fibre equipment.

Hi. Wonder if anyone can help. I'm having full fibre broadband fitted and was expecting a parcel but all I received was a envelope with a wire in. Is that all I have to have delivered. Will the engineer bring everything else needed. Thanks

As long as you already have a Sky Broadband Hub, it's all that is required.

Sky Glass 55" (on ethernet) & two Stream Pucks (one ethernet / one WiFi)
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2

Yes: that's the grandiosely named 'conversion kit' and enables a Sky Broadband Hub or Max Hub to connect with the Optical Network Terminal which the engineer will bring and install.

Re: Full Fibre equipment.

@Tony249 No that's it, will convert your existing sky Hub from the DSL port - Master Phone socket to the WAN connection and the new ONT for Fibre that will be fitted inside your home!

Use your time wisely now think were you need want the ONT to be installed, where your current hub is to what can go wrong if/when your hub get's put in the wrong position. Also take a look at the OR Install day video search to see that on google!
