Full Fibre connection

In June I changed to Sky from BT.. The deal I signed up for is TV &Broadband, Essential TV& Full Fibre 300 Broadband

The week I have been informed the connection will take place on 27th August and I will be upgraded to Full Fibre 100.

What happened to the 300?

@Susie521 That is a question best asked direct to sky, so phone call for that to them will be required!
