Full Fibre Broadband

Had a call from Sky saying full fibre now available in my area. I asked as a VIP customer was there any additional cost and they just ended the call!

so what is the answer?

There's typically no installation cost to the householder.  An ISP may or may not want a new minimum term to start, and pricing can be an increase on the previous service, particularly if it's one of the much faster speed bands.

The most generous Sky offer is this one:

Be aware that scammers are also making such calls, with the aim of gaining Sky account details or banking information.

@Rich156 The hangup was more than likely someone else trying it on, sky would never hang up on you but you are right to be highly on your guard at ALL times!
