Full Fibre 500 - videos on phone buffer

We have been with sky for years and have recently upgraded to full fibre 500 however when my husband is watching videos on his phone they seem to buffer all the time now which they never did before - is this an old phone problem or a broadband problem

sorry it has taken me so long to reply nothing changed er were sent an new cable and open reach came out and did the changeover swe still have the same router etc

@Fatali The hub is exactly where it was before, same postion, and the same place that your phone is watching the video etc! Also the phone is the only device that this is happening on?
