Fttp not available

We have jsut moved into a fairly new house in which BT, Plusnet and EE are available also Cuckoo via Openreach. I was wondering why Sky Full fibre is not available as it says when checking address Sky cannot offer any services right now. Anyone know why this would be.

@Gibbs1 You cancheck exactly what services Openreach can supply by putting the full address into this checker Openreach Checker

The output can be difficult to understand if you post the full table and the first 3 lines of the notes after obscuring the referencecto your address forum members can help. The line you want starts WBC FTTP (FTTPoD is different.

Unsure but done a check and I can get FTTP as I have EE currently but sky jsut offers better deal thats all

@Gibbs1 give Sky a call as they should normally be able to offer a switch from EE. There can occasionally be an issue which prevents this but yhey are rare.

Apologies for reviving a older thread but an update on my Sky issue with full fibre not available but either side neighnour could get.  I raised a form with openreach and specifically asked for an ORDI check to be done on my property and a few emails back and forward and they updated the database takes 1-2 days after this and a callback to confirm this is done and I am now able to get Sky Full fibre 900 hope this is helpful for anyone else in a similar situation where property was not updated correctly for sale products by Openreach.
