Is it just me or do other customers suffer with no internet connection for days after upgrading to optical fibre?
Does anyone know where/how we can actually make a proper complaint about dreadful technical service?

sky is **bleep** they installed fiber optics they know I don't have internet and **bleep** it they were technicians that sky and Openreach and still nothing. no contact or plan for repair. I think I'll order a big poster saying "thanks to Sky my family doesn't have internet"
