Frustrated

Open reach /BT removed and replaced telegraph pole outside my drive disconnecting my broadband feed in the process. Then left work site and my sky was not restored. They won't speak to me as I don't have account with them only speak with service provider. Can someone from Sky ask them to repair what they've broken!

@Ken571  No one from Sky would know whi you are from your community login, you need to call Sky.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
