Frequently disconnected from internet
Over the last few weeks my broadband has dropped fairly regularly. It will usually go off for about 15-30 minutes. I have seen similar posts relating to the same thing and seen that the suggestion is to use the 'Service Checker'. Each time it drops I do use the Service Checker but it always tells me there's no issue. I've very infrequently had problems in my area in the past but for some reason the service has been patchy over the last few weeks.

Re: Frequently disconnected from internet
@Andrew89 lines can develop faults especially if you arexstill on a partial fibre service using a copper phone line. Tge servicecchecker does not pick up line loss immeadiatly so can miss recent issues. The hub lights are the best way to diagnose faults (see https://www.sky.com/help/home/broadband/sky-broadband-equipment/sky-hub/lights-on-my-sky-hub/article...)
If the connection is dropping repeatedly call Sky to ask them to get the line checked which they can do if tge number of drops indicates a fault Openreach will investigate but that is notva given as the automatic line management systems are designed to stabilise the connection by reducing the speed in small steps. It is only if its clear that is not working will Openreach send an engineer out to check. The Service Checker can also offer to book a check if thecspeed is getting yo the guaranteed minimum.
