Over the last few weeks my internet service has been dropping out several times a day
here is my router stats following the most recent drop out today

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Frustrated669 Can see that you have a rasied noise margin in the downstream that should be 6.0 and is sitting at 9.3. Was it yourself that restarted the router or did the router restart itself?

No the router did this on its own
here are the most recent stats
it seems to have a high number of collision packets And a high noise margin

When this happens the power light stays green but the others go out
