Frequent Internet Disruption

The Internet gets disrupted frequently, the four green lights in the modem goes off and there would be 2 orange and 2 green every now and then. This is happening from last week. We need an immediate resolution to this issue.

You certainly aren't going to get 'an immediate resolution' to an intermittent issue with domestic broadband on a Saturday evening.  If Sky diagnostics identify a potential circuit problem they'll book an investigation by Openreach in working hours during the week..
