Frequent Disconnection

For the last couple of days my WiFi signal has dropped and I'm having bother connecting my Sky Q boxes, I've had to sort the settings more than 6 times today on my Mini boxes and a few times on the main hub. Can you please tell me what the problem is? I've also noticed that a Ring camera has lost WiFi despite it working fine for over a money. The router remains where it's always been. Can you help?

@LynseyD75 Sky cannot respond directly to a forum post. i assume the kights onnthe hub are not changing when you lose connection? If they are use this link to  see whatvto do https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start? 

if they aren't then it's an issue with the WiFi signal in your homeWhere WiFi starts to misbehave after a period the cause can often be interference. This can becquite challenging to find. Firstly have you got other equipment recently thst uses wireless connection like wireless speakers, cordless phones etc. if you have firstly ensure it usnt close to your Sky hub. Interference can come from outside your home and rdbooting your hub can help. If your Sky Q boxes are losing connection Sky should send out an enginerr if you call thdm.

Sky Q boxes extend WiFi if connected to a black Sky hub they stop doing this if you have switched to  a white Sky hub which could explain why your doorbell has stopped working. Therexarecalso changes to how Q mini boxes connect.
