Fraud

There's a non sky device connected to my broadband  band I have to cameras and qbox my laptop is disconnected I want you to investigate or block them they come from next door [Removed] this is fraud

@Ezepass No one here or at Sky can investigate what is attached to your hub as no one here or at Sky can see this.

 

Unless you have given out your wifi password no one else will be connected to your hub.  Have you given anyone your wifi password?

 

Why do you think next door is connected?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Nope.  It might  be an offense under the Computer Misuse Act 1990 or the Communications Act 2003, but realistically there's a negligible chance of interesting the criminal justice system unless what the connection is being used for is extremely illegal.

Because got memory loss so say passwords out loud and pass codes they on my email a counts as well and someone stole money out bank so got 4 last digits of debit card replaced four times with you aswel and someone changed my sky password on my sky I'd because outofill didn't work like normal and havant changed it and seen loads devices on sky go not mine and they also on my TV smart veiw and they don't pay for nothing
