@DARWISH

When did you report the no broadband issue to them because if there is an issue outside of your property then Openreach will be tasked to complete the repair and for domestic issue they aim to do this iwthin 2-3 wqorking days so does anything appear here for you:

https://www.sky.com/ordertracking

If you are yet to do this then the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Re: Fot how long the wifi will be dropped

I'm having the same problem. The online tests all show everything is fine but my internet light is amber even after all the testing and unplugging etc.

I don't have much confidence in the online status checks as they always come up ok even when something is not working.

I think calling Sky when they're working is the only option

@AlisonLE the online checker does not pick up a line being down until a test is due however the checker will tell you if Sky are aware of a faultvaffecting your line. If it doesn't then you need to call Sky so Openreach can investigate which won't happen until next week.

Which strongly suggests it's the individual circuit to your property which has failed, and as noted above Openreach doesn't do individual domestic repairs at weekends.

@Yanto Very kind off them to give you the password so you can steal there bandwidth and be stupid enough to say so!
