Forgot password and trying to set up new 1

I unfortunately deleted my password, tried to set new1 received emails but it doesn't recognise my new password

@Troysgranny--  Sky Stream, where you have posted, does not need a password, so which password are you trying to change?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

The password you need should be printed on the back of your broadband hub, it is also on the little card that came with it.
