For the last month my speed and wifi connection have continguingly dropped out and are intermitment

For the last motnth or so my internet speed and wife suffer drop outs iam continguingly haveing to run the cheack my service then finaly it said i need an engineer to visit ,and for me too book one, problem is you also tell me if he cant find a problem i.ll be charged for his visit .

@harrison60 you should not be charged if you are in contract the app only offers to book an enginerr if it identifies a fault. See here for more https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-broadband-engineer-visits
