New WiFi hub ok but Sky box refuses to connect to WiFi
Hi there, I had issues with the Sky picture/signal breaking up over the last few weeks. So Sky sent me a new WiFi router hub box. Have connected it and running phone off WiFi fine.
but I have been trying in vain to connect Sky Q box to WiFi, via Settings.
It just does not connect whatsoever, despite the WiFi hub being set right next to Sky Q box. Can you advise please?

Re: New WiFi hub ok but Sky box refuses to connect to WiFi
@ChrisSmith what colour hub do you have? If it is a black hub the easiest way to network a Q box is to use the wps buttons on the hub and box just press them and they should connect. However if you have a white Sky hub the method is cifferent you can connect a main Q box to the hubbut it is recommended to enter the password.into the Q box's networking menu. Sky Q minis cannot connect to the white hub they need to be networked to the main Q box instead.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
