For more than half a month, our internet at home is NOT working. Its drop out constantly in the evening when we are at home and we need it,also during by the day... it stops for several hours. This is terrible. No normal connection with the customer, we are talking to a bot, how are we let's solve the problem normally. After hundreds of attempts to talk to an unreal person, finally, miraculously, you manage to talk to a normal human being, even though he is incompetent. In two weeks, we had 3 engineering visits scheduled. The problem was supposedly fixed in the outer box...teoreticly, on the territory of the property is guaranteed to have NO problem. How the hell can we solve the problem and in the 21st century have normal access to the Internet for which we have been PAYING every month for years. The only solution I find at the moment is to change our provider.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you change provider to another isp who uses the Openreach infrastructure the problem is likely to just move with you. You will have to report this as a continuing issue to Sky and let Openreach investigate. Customer Services are not open 24/7 but call when they are. You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you back to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up.
