Flashing orange

Internet light keeps flashing orange or not lit up at all. Have restarted it and still doesn't work and have checked with the online checker which claims all is well - but it's not! 
had no internet all day now

I am having the same problem as well in Dorset. Been like it since this morning. My router will go orange and internet will disconnect. When it eventually connects, im getting 5.5Mps download speed. Done the service checker and says internet is fine and no problems in my area. It states my wifi is slow speeds and says its at my minimum download speed, which it isnt. My minimum download speed is 35mps. I checked sky website and it only states that North England has issues. I wouldnt mind as much if we had a realtime update on any issues.
