Flashing lights

My extender box is just constantly flashing

 

i have turned it off, moved it to a different room and we are still having the same issue

@Becci2018 see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-booster-what-do-you-need-help-with as a start. As actest try the boister in thecsame room as the hub if it doesn't work there it could be faulty or tge wrong model for your Sky hub.
