Hi,so at about 10 and then 11pm my sky router stopped working.it switched off while watching a movie on Disney plus,both times.Ive only been a new customer for 3days and don't understand why it's not working.i darent turn it off and on again just incase I break it even more as it maybe updating or something else.pleasr help.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Hel4 do you have a white Sky Max hub and your connection is over a full fibre line (ie it connects to a ONT unit with lights).
If so this a known issue thst has arisen recently which has to be fixed by Openreach which can be arranged without you having to call Sky.
