Engineer came Saturday could not fix the problem that was outside. Needed to leave on system for a 2 man fix but I've heard nothing and still not working. Your website says no known issues in the area but there clearly is and confirmed by an engineer. Please update me and fix asap.

A fault on the individual circuit to your address would not show up as an area issue (which is defined as something affecting multiple households: the choice of wording on the website is unfortunate)

In case you’re not aware you aren’t directly contacting Sky Customer Services on here. We are mainly customers trying to help other customers.
Give Sky a call to see if they have an update regarding a new appointment.
