Five days without WiFi

I recently had fibre installed and now there's an external issue with the line that Openreach are required to resolve. The earliest availability is on Tuesday, today is Friday. So we're affected for five days.
No one on the Sky customer service seem to want to tell me whether I'll be able to use mobile data while I have no WiFi, and have that data use compensated for.
I require the connection for both work and exam preparation.

Is anyone able to provide some insight on how it usually goes compensation wise?

Unfortunately that's inevitable over a weekend with a Bank Holiday either side.

If you are a Sky Mobile customer then they are supposed to add a couple of gigabytes of cellular data onto the account in the event of Sky Broadband outage, otherwise the industry compensation scheme overseen by Ofcom applies: there's no additional amount for cellular use.

Unfortunately that makes no difference to either the Openreach target time or the level of compensation.

Note however that the weekend and Bank Holidays do make a difference to eligibility.
