First impressions

I signed up for sky broadband 2 weeks ago. ordered the hub.  an engineer came out over a week ago to check the connection- all good. 

had a call on Monday to confirm connection day today (3rd july).  waited in for 5 hrs, no engineer, and looking at the app the hub hasn't even been dispatched.   I was waiting on live chat for 30 mins for an answer regarding this. Then cut off.  you are not able to report an engineer hasn't arrived on the app.  This is not a good start. any advice please or should I just go elsewhere.

Give Sky a call when the lines reopen in the morning to discuss and to chase up the hub delivery issue.
