Firestick connection is poor

My firestick connection is poor so what can I do?

If it's plugged in to the back of your TV try a USB extension cable to bring it out into line of sight of the router. Given the size of a Firestick it's a miracle that it gets any signal.

Sometimes powering over USB from a proper charger rather than a television port can help too.

Of course it is (slaps head, I've got one plugged into the back of my monitor as well). The separate USB charger is also correct, they pack an awful lot into that little stick and it needs all the help it can get.
