Fire stick

Fibre optics installed now fire stick not connecting. Tried all the given methods eg switch off router, fire stick, a box etc etc etc. nothing works. Fire stick home screen not available. Any ideas anyone?

If you were give a new hub with a new wifi password then have you setup your Fire Stick again by connecting it to your new Wifi network name ?

However if the firestick is connected but not working the issue can be poor wifi signal level which can happen ifvthe hub has moved as part of the fibre upgrade. Firesticksxare very small and often are hidden behind the TV which contains metal thst blocks the signal. Simply using axshort HDMI extention cable so the firesticj is out in the open can help sort thst.
