Fill fibre broadband speed

Despite several telephone calls to sky, my Full fibre speed is only at 80 and reduced to 79.2 today on the mysky app.

The agents tell me to use another speed checker which shows 102. Google says these 3rd party sites are not a true reading. 

Sky says they will credit me and look into why my app is not showing the so called correct speed. Any advice as sky are not getting back to me.

What speed do you pay for and how are you testing, the only reliable tests are through an ethernet connected device such as a PC or laptop. Not through WiFi. I use fast.com myself.

I am paying for minimum 90. As the third party speed checker shows 100 sky cannot see an issue. I just wondered why my sky app says different and sometimes says my speed is poor.

I am testing through fast as advised but via WiFi

Then the figure is for speed arriving on that device over WiFi, not speed delivered to the Hub.
