Fibreoptic broadband WiFi poor

We've got a new box due to the fibreoptic upgrade and since we had it fitted last Wednesday the wifi signal has been poor.

@Carolinefrisk  If your broadband is with Fibreoptic I'm not sure what you're expecting the Sky Broadband community to help you with?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
