Why has automatic compensation taken more than 60 days.

No it has not. Was meant to get a call back today but had a text instead saying they will call tomorrow.

Your other thread has been removed. In that one you state the fault hasn't been rectified. The auto compensation doesn't get applied until 30 days after the fault is fixed.
