Fibre
Just had fibre hub connected . Engineer could not access the password on Tv . I have no landline . I'm not getting emails and the network is not connecting . I can't get through to sky other than the virtual assistant which is hopeless . Very upset and annoyed at being left like this

It's normal for the Sky Talk landline to not operate fully for 24+ hours after the broadband activation. Presumably you've got it plugged into the back of the hub and NOT a wall socket?
