Will they install. Heavy rain :( have to climb telegraph pole

I am due to have an engineer visit today to install full fibre from nearby telegraph pole.

But the weather is awful. Heavy rain.

 

Will they cancel due to difficulty of climbing pole in rain?

 

Thanks for any advice.
