Fibre speed
The speed is well below the guaranteed speed we are meant to have! Constantly having to try to talk to Sky to resolve! What are we paying for!

If speed delivered to the Hub is below what Sky quoted as the 'guaranteed' broadband minimum then they will typically offer release from contract: it's this early exit without penalty which is actually guaranteed, not speed itself.
FTTP usually delivers the quoted speed as far as the Hub over optical fibre and ethernet cable: wireless speed is different, and the 'guaranteed' minimum WiFi (if the WiFi Max subscription supplement is on the account) is an unremarkable 25Mbs even for gigabit broadband.
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2
